Please see below the ingredients used in our wood fired pizzas.  Allergens identified by orange bold text.

 

We are unable to cater for gluten free pizzas as flour is used throughout the pizza making process and we can not guarentee no cross contamination.

Our Mozzarella is vegetarian friendly however, a vegan cheese is available as an alternative for mozzarella upon request.
